It is simply the part (or parts) of yourself that you haven't fully integrated into your personality.
Your shadow is one of your greatest teachers in life, and by getting to know these neglected parts, you can often do your deepest, most productive healing.

Hear both yogic and Western psychological perspectives on the shadow.
Experience guided meditation to identify what is in your shadow.
Do a Kundalini Meditation practice to help integrate the shadow.
Learn simple techniques to take what your shadow teaches you, and use it for healing and moving toward greater authenticity in life.
