Our program is designed to give you full access to a series of Livestream group classes with certified instructors that will empower you with practices you can use anytime during your busy workday. We want to support you to bring your best Self into the workplace and beyond. Your Business membership will include:

  • Livestream Classes

    Midday Livestream classes (from to time here) you can drop in on Mon., Wed. & Fri. during lunch break. These are specially curated to help with work-related experiences. Some examples/names of the possible practices are:

  • In-Person Classes

    Access to our weekly morning and evening classes (Livestream and a few in-person options) at Raj Yoga Studio for a deeper dive into the many amazing Yoga sequences and meditations with a variety of certified instructors.

  • 1-1

    A one-on-one check-in with a senior KY teacher to address your more private questions about using Yoga and Meditation for specific issues. This service is an extra fee and is of course optional.

Why Kundalini Yoga and Meditation?

 Of all the Yogas, Kundalini Yoga produces the fastest results in the shortest time. Many practices can be done sitting at your desk, in a chair and will work to produce results in 3 minutes.

 

Come as you are. This is for all people in shape or out of shape, every body type, every health challenge, on medication, tall, short; everyone. If you have concerns, simply check with your health care practitioner before you start. ALSO, no special clothing is needed for the lunch classes (loose clothing is better to move in). Some of them you may even be able to do simply sitting in a chair. Easy.

 

Kundalini Yoga is the complete package. It is not just poses and exercise (although asana (poses) is a part of the offering). It works on the whole person with every practice. Yogic teachings propose 8 limbs of practice. They are like spokes on a wheel and ideally, you work simultaneously on all eight. These are 1. Posture   2. Breath control 3. The 5 moral directives 4. The 5 disciplines for inner peace 5. One pointed concentration 6. Deep reflection 7. Synchronize the sensory system-the expanded self and 8. Absorption into the authentic Self.

 

Wow, that’s a lot of things to work on. The good things, you can forget it all as you do the class. It’s all going on while you simply have an experience. Kundalini Yoga never asks you to believe anything, so it naturally pairs with any religious belief system. Kundalini Yoga only asks us to do the class, have our unique experience, then decide what we believe.
