Guided meditation to learn about and understand your past-life experiences.

The Akashic Records are a compendium of all thoughts, speech, and actions that have ever or will ever occur, and are held on the etheric plane. We can access these records through meditation with the assistance of our higher selves.

Experiences from past lifetimes can appear in the present as aversions, unexpected triggers, or blockages that we don't have any explanation for or cannot understand by analyzing experiences from this current lifetime. 

In this workshop, Livdhyan will lead you in a meditative automatic writing technique to work with your higher self, visit your own records, ask questions that you have, and understand blockages in your life that may have originated in past lifetimes.

You will learn a very simple technique that you will be able to use immediately on your own to explore any records you wish.

Livdhyan learned this technique at a retreat in 2021 and has the permission of its originator, Carolyn Berl to teach it.
